THANKS FOR SELECTING CHLOEHAIR7 TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE HIGHEST GRADE OF VIRGIN HAIR.  REFUNDS WILL BE TO THE SOLE DISCRETION OF OWNERS, WE'RE NOT SAYING THAT WE DONT ISSUE REFUNDS BUT BASED ON THE SURROUNDINIG FACTS AND NATURE WE WILL MAKE A DECISION FAIRLY AND NOT BASED ON TRYING TO MAKE A DOLLAR OFF OUR CLIENTS. IN ANY CASE THAT YOU MAY ASK FOR CUSTOMIZED HAIR TO BE SENT, WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND BEING THAT WE CAN'T RESALE A UNIT THAT A CUSTOMER HAD MADE BASED ON THEIR LIKES BUT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WE WILL STILL BE HERE TO LISTEN AND DO OUR BEST TO BE FAIR ON BOTH SIDES. WE ALSO, IN SOME CASES WILL OFFER STORE CREDIT WHICH WE WILL SEND GIFT CARD . HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES THAT YOU MAY INCUR PLEASE GIVE US A CALL OR EMAIL AND ALLOW US TO RESPOND WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY, WE STRIVE TO MAKE OUR CLIENTS HAPPY IN EVERY CASE BUT WE CAN'T ASSIST IF WE ARE UNAWARE OF AN ISSUE.
